Congratulations! I congratulate all the winners who made it to the new line-up for the MT UMNO posts. It can be observed that the new line-up consists of a combination of old and new faces, which i think is good. And it's good also to hear that my first-rate leader; Tan Sri Muhyiddin and Datuk Seri Hishammuddin, bagged the Deputy President and Vice President post respectively. Bt somehow, there are few things that I would like to argue on the new line-up.
1- How come KJ be choosen for the Pemuda chief post???? The man who akin to show off his 'leadership value' with street demonstration. heh! Undeniably, he is good in giving speech, but i view it as a mean to seek publicity. I doubt his sincerety. Plus, he was accused of using 'money politics' during the campaign for UMNO election. He was questioned by the UMNO disciplinary board. Although he was freed from the accusation with just a 'warning' by the discplinary board, i believe, even the charge against him is enough to scrape off the trust of the people especially the youngsters. Why Mukhriz who stayed clean all the way throughout the campaign didn't get selected?? Bear in mind, he got the highest nomination compared to Khir Toyo and KJ. I doubt the selection of KJ as the Pemuda chief. Will he be able to gain back the trust of the youth to support UMNO? hurmmm~ Seriously dude.I doubt it..
2- Why are there so many unknown people in the MT posts??? I see it as a kind of joke. Why?? Note that even the MBs (mostly) failed to win this time around. Name it from Perlis,N.Sembilan, Pahang, and even Johor!! Why??What's going on here?? Are they not competent enough to deal with the reform agenda which will be implemented under Najib's administration? heyy.C'mon!? Even if there's a 'wind of change' in UMNO, the delegates should not vote out these significant MBs who, i believe, could lift up UMNO to a new stage. I hate to say this, but since there are many Najib's people in the newly-formed 25 MT line-ups, it seems like there had been some 'unethical' manner involved in vote-canvassing by the candidates. *curious.curious.curious*
3. Last but not least. Can Najib be a good PM?? As good as Mahathir? or even better? I don't want to talk much about it as we need to give him a time and opportunity to prove his capability in bringing back the trust of the Malays and the rakyat towards UMNO and BN. Let the upcoming small parliamentary election in three different areas be a test ground to the new UMNO leadership..
